JAMES G. MARSH – a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Fordham Univer- sity in 1972 and a Cum Laude graduate of St. John’s Law School in 1975. After admission to the New York State Bar in 1976, Mr. Marsh was associated with the law offices of Vincent G. Berger, Jr. In 1979 he joined the firm of Doran, Buck- ley, Kremer, and O’Reilly & Pieper as the senior litigation associate.
He was a founding member of Buckley, Kremer, O’Reilly, Pieper, Hoban & Marsh in 1982 and of O’Reilly, Marsh & Corteselli P.C. in 1986. Mr. Marsh specializes in repre- sentation of financial institutions and handles all aspects of their business, includ- ing mortgage lending, other secured and unsecured lending, real estate and lease matters, securities matters and corporate governance. Mr. Marsh has authored the New York State Chapter of the “National Mortgage Law Summary” published by the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and contributed to “Foreclosure Law and Related Remedies” published by the Section of Real Propeny, Probate and Trust Law of the American Bar Association.
Mr. Marsh is a member of the Amer- ican Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Bar Associa- tion for the Counties of Nassau and Suffolk, and the City of New York. He is a long standing member of the Banking Law Committees for each of these Bar As- sociations.
Mr. Marsh is a member of the American College of Mortgage Attor- neys and served for many years as the New York State Chairman for its College.
Mr. Marsh is admitted to practice in all Courts of the State of New York; in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of New York; in the Tax Court of the United States; and in the Supreme Court of the United States.”
