Jack Majkut

Jack Majkut was born and raised in Bethpage N.Y. He began his career with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 25 on October 11, 1988. He worked his way up through the ranks as an apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman, Executive Board Member, Membership Development Representative, and is currently a Senior Business Representative for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 25.

With twenty-nine years of experience in the electrical industry, of which the last ten have focused on the administration and management of programs, policies and procedures, he currently serves as an integral part of the IBEW Local 25 team. Jack also serves as a Delegate for the Building and Trades Council of Nassau and Suffolk County, the Long Island Federation of Labor, and has been serving as a Delegate to IBEW Constitution Convention since 2011. Jack currently resides in the Island Trees area of Levittown for the last twenty-four years, where he and his wife of twenty- four years, Cathy, raise their two beautiful daughters Megan and Grace.
